How can I return or exchange an item?Updated a month ago
We hope you love your order! However, if something doesn’t work out, you may return your item(s) with all original tags still attached within 21 days of the ship date for Store Credit or Exchange only.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, odors, animal hair, or tears and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or are not in returnable condition for health and safety reasons.
For orders placed in the US, customers can visit our Return Portal in the link below where you can get a shipping label and instructions on how to mail back. Returned styles must be new, with tags and be sent back within 21 days from when the order was shipped. Once tracking shows "delivered," please allow 7-10 business days for my team to inspect the items and then email over a store credit.
