You can reach our Customer Care team at [email protected] for any questions or order issues. 

Our AI Agent is available around the clock and can assist with most questions about tracking, order details, or how to make a return/exchange. If you ever need to speak with a human, just let the AI Agent know and they will pass your request to a member from our team who will be happy to assist you during our business hours.

Our Customer Care team is available Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST (excluding holidays).
We aim to respond to emails the same day, but during high-volume times like sales or holidays, it may take 24-48 hours to catch up.

In order to be fair, we answer emails in the order they’re received. Sending multiple follow-ups before we reply may actually delay your response, as each new message moves your conversation to the back of the queue.
