In the rare instance that you receive the wrong item or receive an item that is flawed, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Include any photos showing the flaw or the incorrect labels/tags of the wrong item. We will promptly issue a pre-paid shipping label and once your item has been received, we will ship out any replacement (if in stock) or refund as well as make sure no return fees are issued.
