What do I do if I receive the wrong item or a flawed item in my order?Updated a month ago
In the rare instance that you receive the wrong item or receive an item that is flawed, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Include any photos showing the flaw or the incorrect labels/tags of the wrong item. We will promptly issue a pre-paid shipping label and once your item has been received, we will ship out any replacement (if in stock) or refund.
