What is your cancellation policy?Updated a month ago

Our policy and platform do not allow orders/styles to be cancelled. Because our system begins the process of filling orders once they are placed, most orders cannot be stopped regardless of how fast you reach out about cancelation. With preorder items, these styles are filled based on orders placed and we are unable to change or cancel these styles. We would love to be more accommodating in this area but have found that the above changes result in system wide errors, including possible filling and shipping errors.

If you have already received an order confirmation email, we are unable to cancel your order. However, you can always request a return or exchange once your order arrives.

We are happy to support you however we can but please note that we are a fast-moving small business trying to fill and ship multiple orders a day. ❤️
